2011 was brought in atop a friend's apartment building in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. We made it up to the 22nd floor just in time to witness the coming-in of the new year, heralded with numerous fireworks displays.
We enjoyed the displays of Dream Mall, Kaohsiung Harbor and many other parties. The view was spectacular, even without the fireworks.
